The design and vision were led by Joan Chang, who spear-headed the group’s complete rebrand of Llyod’s Inn into a design-forward hospitality leader. The concept is “updated luxury” where concrete feature walls pair with marble floors, and under-utilised services such as a concierge have been left out in favour of cutting-edge tech such as the automated parking.
